Duncan joined Marder Properties in June 2004. He enjoys both sectors of the Property Brokering of Sales and Leasing. The challenge of negotiating on new developments is what he really enjoys. Duncan has a vast network of clients on the East Rand.
Duncan is a keen cyclist on both road and MTB and enjoys the bush with his family.

Brad joined Marder Properties in 2002. He has developed a strong client base of owners and developers on the East Rand and is often their first port of call on vacancies and renewals. Brad has a methodical approach to prospective tenants and buyers and is able to get a clear understanding of their specific requirements and to give them an overall picture of how best to solve their needs in the current property market.
Brad has a young family and wishes he could travel and play more golf.

Bruce has some 30 years experience in the property industry covering Development, Investment and Management for some of the major players.
He has a sound understanding of property markets and its drivers. Over the years he has negotiated many Sales, Developments and Leases between large parties in the industry and has developed a significant network of its participants.
Bruce enjoys golfing, travelling and bird-watching.

Paul recently joined Marder Properties and is operational on the East Rand. Having been in the Property Industry since 2003, Paul has worked in the Residential, Development and Industrial Property fields. During this time he has formed solid relationships with various role players within the Industry and keeps in touch with his satisfied customers, as Paul is of the belief that referral business is the best endorsement a Broker can achieve.
Through having had many years of Corporate Retail experience and having co-owned and run his own business for some time, Paul has developed a good understanding and insight when dealing with like minded, busy, business folk.
Paul likes to relax by visiting the gym, taking long leisurely weekend walks and is involved with arts and crafts, while successfully managing to sell some of his own creations.

Raylene recently joined Marder Properties and has taken over the roll of the front desk handling all office administration for all the Brokers and Graham Marder.
She has had previous property experience working for Conveyancing Attorneys and is enjoying learning alot more about the property industry.
She has a large family with 4 kids which keep her more than busy and as a hobby she enjoys arts and crafts in her spare time.
