Kirsten joined Marder Properties in 2021 as a Candidate Property Practitioner and has since grown into her role as a Property Practitioner, Administration & Office Assistant. She plays an important part in supporting both the brokerage team and the day-to-day operations of the office, while assisting clients throughout the property process.

With a background in the entertainment industry, where she gained experience in performing and event coordination, Kirsten developed excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Her ability to work with a diverse range of clients, combined with her proactive and detail-oriented approach, makes her a valuable member of the Marder Properties team.

In her role, Kirsten assists with property administration, office coordination, and operational support while continuing to build her experience within the industrial and commercial property sector. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service contribute to the smooth running of the business and an outstanding client experience.

Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys dancing and is an avid language learner, always seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
